Mexico, and Spain. Amazon also ships worldwide to more than 100
countries.
The paperback print version sells in all countries for USD 25.00 or
its equivalent.
The book is printed not just in the U.S. but also in several other
countries.
However, delivery charges will vary a lot from country to country.
For
example, consider shipping the book to Ghana.
From the U.S. Amazon website I got USD 25.00 price plus a USD 58.45
delivery charge.
From the U.K. website I instead got 18.40 pounds price plus a much
lower 10.48 pound delivery charge.
So you may need to try a couple of different country Amazon
websites.
And in each case change the country for delivery to your own country
either by
- changing the "Deliver to" at the top left of the web page next to
the Amazon logo
- or once the book is selected change "Deliver to" in the panel to
the right.
